Yes. Read-only by design — we can flag a gap but we cannot edit, delete, or move anything in your EHR. HIPAA-aligned and BAA-backed: encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), audit-logged on access.

How long does setup take?

Two weeks from intro call to your first batch of flagged charts. Most of that is your BAA and EHR access on your side, not ours. The awkward part is what shows up on day one — most pilots flag charts your QA team already signed off on.

Do you store our patient records?

Yes — in a HIPAA-aligned, multi-tenant database with strict per-organization (row-level) isolation, under BAA. Every read is audit-logged. Never used to train models, never shared across agencies. You own the data; we're the analysis layer on top.

What if I have a survey coming up?
